Duties
- Provides occupational therapy services to residents and initiates referral when appropriate and in accordance with department procedures.
- Along with the C.O.T.A., conducts resident screening at regualar intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
- Performs comprehensive resident evaluations by assessing level of impairment, disability, and dysfunction. Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to residents, families, and other team members.
- Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem or deficit list, including short and long term goal, resident goals, and a method to achieve identified goals.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
