We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in a job well done. As a Cleanup Technician I, you'll play an important role in helping keep construction sites clean, safe, and ready for the next phase of building. No construction experience is required. We provide training and opportunities for advancement for employees who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do
Construction Site Cleanup
- Remove construction debris, trash, and discarded materials from job sites
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Sweep homes, garages, patios, and other work areas
- Assist with basic site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Shovel dirt, mud, and debris when needed
Material Handling
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ pounds
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and dumpsters
- Stack materials safely and neatly
- Assist with moving tools and equipment throughout the job site
Tool Use
- Safely use basic hand tools including:
- Shovels
- Brooms
- Rakes
- Pick axes
- Sledgehammers
- Help maintain tools and equipment
- Report damaged or unsafe tools to supervisors
Team Support
- Follow directions from Crew Leaders and supervisors
- Assist teammates to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help set up and clean up job sites each day
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
