Experience is not required — intelligence, ownership, and willingness to learn are.
We are open to candidates transitioning from other industries such as administration, logistics, construction coordination, customer operations, or other fast-paced environments. Direct property management experience is helpful, but not required. We care far more about reliability, adaptability, communication, judgment, and willingness to learn.
Our company is growing, and we’re hiring an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment buildings across Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Pompano, Miramar, Dania, etc.).
This is not a desk job or office-only role. - Track maintenance progress, violations, and operational priorities
- Coordinate access, scheduling, and logistics with vendors and tenants
- Provide daily updates and proactively escalate issues
- Work closely with the Property Management and Service Coordination teams
- Help identify operational problems before they become bigger issues
Who Thrives in This Role
- You are resourceful and think critically instead of waiting for instructions
- You stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities well
- You are comfortable holding vendors accountable professionally
- You enjoy field work, operations, coordination, and problem-solving
- You like learning new systems and improving processes
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (daily travel required)
