We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar/restaurant Manager to oversee our bar/restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and food service management, with the ability to lead a team and ensure exceptional customer service. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Responsibilities:
- - Oversee all aspects of the bar/restaurant operations, including staff management, Tills and, customer service
- - Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional manner- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to coordinate food and beverage service for banquets or special events
- - Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands
- - Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance the bar/restaurant offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
