The ideal candidate will:
Have supervisory experience in the construction industry in the following areas:
- Street construction & restoration
- Building Foundations
- General Site Work
- Coordinating with subcontractors
- Measuring and recording as-builts
- Scheduling
Experience with (including operating) excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, rollers & graders
Knowledge of or experience with underground sewer & water systems is a plus
Experience with equipment GPS systems
Be detail oriented with the ability to read and interpret plans
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to handle multiple tasks
CDL Preferred
5 plus year of supervisory or related experience required.
