Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and document vital signs and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and safe feeding
Provide emotional support and promote resident dignity and comfort
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident care
Primary shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
8‑hour and select 12‑hour shifts available
Every other weekend required
