Scope of Work:
Provide all required reports and deliverables, including those identified in Section 5.0, in accordance with established due dates, deadlines, and frequencies.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager shall:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and contract management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional briefings, reports, and correspondence.
- Competence in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure continuity of operations and successful task execution.
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial reporting related to contract performance.
Experience:
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing projects or programs of similar scope and complexity, including at least five (5) years of direct experience managing government contracts or programs.
- Experience in administrative or operational support service environments is highly desirable.
Education:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
Substitution:
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience managing government contracts or programs may be substituted. This substitution requires a total of fourteen (14) years of directly relevant experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of program management principles and government contracting.
Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret, or DOE Q clearance.
Miscellaneous:
- Must be a U.S. citizen, at this time we are not accepting applications from Visa or Green Card holders.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
