Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Verify patient demographics and update medical records.
- Upload, scan, and organize patient documents into the electronic medical record system.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and office procedures.
- Contact attorneys, insurance companies, case managers, and medical providers as needed.
- Request, send, and track MRI reports, imaging studies, referrals, and medical records.
- Assist patients with intake forms and required documentation.
- Translate and communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking patients.
- Monitor patient flow throughout the day to ensure timely treatment and minimize wait times.
- Coordinate with providers, therapists, and staff to maintain an efficient schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documents are received and filed properly.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Previous medical office, chiropractic, physical therapy, personal injury, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
