Mandatory: 4-week paid Training Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
About the Role:
Are you a person who thrives on making a great first impression? Do you enjoy helping others and making their day just a little bit easier? Abby Connect is on the lookout for a receptionist who's fluent in Spanish and ready to deliver wow-worthy service over the phone!
As one of our superstar receptionists, you'll be the friendly voice answering calls for businesses across the U.S. and Canada—think of yourself as their secret weapon for making a fantastic first impression. You’ll help clients shine by making sure every call is handled smoothly, professionally, and with a whole lot of warmth.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver amazing first impressions—every single time.
- Follow our easy-to-learn call handling system.
- Team up with your colleagues to create seamless customer experience.
- Stay cool and flexible as things shift—because they sometimes do!
Key Metrics:
- 160–200 calls per day (Multitasking a multiphone line)
- Average callers hold time under 30 seconds
- Answer calls in 5–7 seconds or less
- Above and beyond customer service
Essential Skills:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferred (bonus if it’s fast-paced!)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)—MUST BE fluent in both speaking and translating..
- You're a multitasker who thrives in busy environments.
- Can type at least 40 WPM
- Ready to bring your energy to work—even on some holidays.
- Ability to sit for long periods and can pass a background & drug check.
