Job Description:
Terra Universal is growing and looking for an entry-level Marketing Assistant who will work together with the rest of the Marketing team on various projects and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a careful and dependable professional who is comfortable with data entry, has strong organizational skills, and an excellent communicator (verbal and written). We are seeking an individual who is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow within our company. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be proactive in seeking out new challenges, and have a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Update product database with new product information such as specifications, product descriptions, and pricing information
- Use spreadsheets to compile product data, plan out changes to product lines, and audit results
- Assist with developing content for promotional campaigns (e.g. mass email, social media, online advertising, etc.)
- Assist with photoshoots and video production
- Coordinate work with Engineering and Sales departments to move projects forward
- Communicate project status with regular updates for team members and management
- Research product details using technical drawings, product manuals, bills of material and other documentation
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred
- Proficient with working with large spreadsheets and manipulating text data
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with data entry or working in database/CRM applications is a plus
- Experience with Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) is a plus
- Experience with writing technical documentation and/or web content is a plus
- Experience with HTML and eCommerce websites is a plus
- Experience with photography or video production is a plus

- Terra conducts drug tests and background checks on all candidates prior to hiring.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
