RWS Logistics is actively hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing FedEx Ground team.

No CDL is required. Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided for qualified applicants.

Job Responsibilities
- Pick up your assigned delivery vehicle and packages from the FedEx Ground terminal
- Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes
- Complete delivery scans using a handheld device
- Follow all FedEx and company safety procedures
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Routes typically service Searcy, Beebe, Ward, Brinkley, Clarendon, DeWitt, and surrounding areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- At least one year of driving experience (any vehicle type)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck when necessary
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, USPS, Walmart, courier services, route driving, or delivery work is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday operation
- Full-time (5–6 days per week)
- Start time around 7:30 AM
- Most routes finish around 5:30 PM
- Optional Sunday work available with double-time pay
