We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, maintaining warehouse equipment, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or technical experience preferred
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other equipment
- Basic mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay: $22.50 - $27.20 per hour
