Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, where your expertise will keep vehicles and heavy equipment operating at peak performance.

Compensation: $24-28/hr plus differential if on night shift
Schedule: 8am-5pm during training, after training Day and night shifts available, 12 hour shifts
Duties
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles including trucks, farm machinery, industrial equipment, excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractor-trailers.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble parts, repair components, or fabricate custom solutions.
- Execute heavy equipment operation tasks such as lifting with cranes or forklifts safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Service vehicle systems by replacing tires, performing alignments, repairing air brakes, and conducting suspension work to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and follow schematics for complex repairs involving diesel engines or heavy truck systems.
- Assist with equipment maintenance tasks including welding repairs, hydraulic system troubleshooting, electrical system repairs, and general mechanical upkeep.
Experience
- High School diploma or GED completed.
- Minimum 6 months - one (1) year of recent experience as a TO (Technical Operator), or 6 months - one (1) year of recent experience as a maintenance technician in a related industry such as automotive, heavy equipment, material handling, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
