Position Overview
Viva Mazda is seeking experienced and motivated Service Technicians to join our growing service team. We are looking for technicians ranging from strong B-Level technicians up to Senior and Master Mazda Technicians.
This position is ideal for technicians looking for long-term career growth, advanced manufacturer training, and the opportunity to grow within a high-volume dealership environment. Compensation is based on skill level, experience, certifications, and diagnostic ability.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mazda vehicles
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns accurately
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and management
- Maintain ASE and manufacturer certification requirements
- Assist in mentoring apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed
- Follow all safety and dealership operational procedures
Qualification
- 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong B-Level technician minimum preferred
- Senior and Master Mazda Technicians strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience with Japanese import brands strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ASE certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
