What will I be doing?

Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness in the cafe

Maintain appropriate storage standards for food items

Provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service

Maintain the highest standards of food quality

Provides exceptional guest experience at all times

Follow all company systems, policies, and procedures

Give guests priority and attention at all times

Keep equipment clean and sanitary
-
Keep the complimentary coffee station filled and clean
-
Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area

Perform other duties, as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
-
18 Years of Age or Older
-
Prior retail experience preferred
-
Prior barista/cafe experience preferred
-
Ability to perform basic math functions
-
Ability to work weekends required
-
Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and "listening" skills

Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and customer service
-
Ability to learn quickly, and be self-motivated
-
Sense of urgency
-
Current, valid, food handler card preferred, but NOT required
