We take pride in fostering a culture that values family, professional growth, and long-term career development—setting us apart from other services companies.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day vehicle kitting Work Directive (ATT 73 or AMG equivalent) updates for assets being prepared for fieldingHost daily call with fielding managersHost weekly fielding manager team meetingMonitor daily site status reports and investigate/elevate issues as requiredDecision maker on day-to-day hull / vehicle swap requests to support TPF and maintain updated vehicle tracking requirementsRepresent JPO at meetings with contractor regarding COSIS lot shipment status for vehicles being prepared for shipment to fielding sitesTravel to fielding sites to represent JPO as requiredTravel to OEM to represent JPO TPF (TPF IPT, training events, COSIS lot inspections, etc.) as requiredAssist with all TPF related work directives (writing, monitoring, funding, etc.)Oversee day-to-day kitting WD (ATT 73 or AMG equivalent) updatesAssist TPF APM with data analysis relating to IGCEs and technical evaluations for TPF WD effortsManage site Period of Performance (PoP), coordinate with ACC for PCO letters authorizing PoP extensions as needed to support site requirements/changesAnswer TPF data calls (daily, weekly, monthly TPF taskers)Update PM IPT fielding chartsAttend/brief fielding charts at PM IPT and backup TPF APM at Program Management Reviews as neededMonitor/suggest updates to fielding plan (chiclet chart) to APM as neededCoordinate with Red River Army Depot site leads as needed to coordinate on site Government representatives at fielding sitesCoordinate daily with TPF APMSupport Army Modernization Equipping Conferences (AMEC) meetings as neededCoordinate with other JPO JLTV APMs and functional leads as needed to support fielding efforts (JLTV production/procurement, trailer, retrofits, vehicle engineers, quality)Provide logistics support to product or project office in the areas of weapons systems design, operation, maintenance, and repair for logistics support.Provide support activities to include development and maintenance of the lifecycle maintenance strategy and the production of the required milestone documentation for the product of project office programs, including the Life Cycle Sustainment Program (LCSP) document and its required appendices for the Full Material Release (FMR) milestones for those programs.
