Mike Thompson's RV Super Stores is seeking Experienced Service Advisors to join our Fountain Valley Team
Job Duties:
Coordinate RV service and repairs with guests. Ensure customer has full knowledge of any work performed and is contacted with updates.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
- Set realistic expectations for customer and ensure you hold to those expectations
- Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair.
- Utilize all tools available to keep in contact with customers through the service experience.
- Attend all meetings and training as required
Qualifications:
- Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills to manage customer databases
- Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
