Hillcrest Hospital’s 3 West Tower Unit is known for their outstanding communication skills and top-quality patient care. This unit cares for adult and geriatric patients undergoing general, pancreatic/liver, and urology surgeries. As a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN), you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit you, your needs and your pace, where you will provide direct nursing care, be paired with a coach that guides you toward success, develop clinical judgement, cultivate excellent communication skills and acquire complex nursing skills.

A caregiver in this position works day/night rotation from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
