Become part of CareBuilders at Home’s extraordinary team of caring professionals. We need an RN to provide monthly visitation assessments for clients who are veterans. As a member of our team, you will provide compassionate and professional connection for these clients in their time of need and their families. This position has very flexible scheduling which can tailored to your availability. Successful candidates must be caring, reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule monthly visits to clients receiving non-medical home care
- Call clients to confirm visits prior to arrival
- Conduct brief monthly interviews to determine and document any change in condition or level of care needed for clients in their homes
- Professional, superior customer service and compassion for clients and their families
- Communicate with office about issues requiring attention
- Maintain and submit documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, as well as internal, policies and procedures
Specific requirements include:
- RN with prior healthcare or service organization experience preferred, but other experience will be considered
- Enjoy working with variety of people, patient, flexible, team player
- Ability to work independently
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have smart phone and reliable internet access
- Experience working in a home care environment a plus
