Jesse's Restaurant is seeking dedicated individuals to join our management team at the Magnolia Springs location. As a member of the kitchen management, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. While assisting the chef and the rest of management in the day to day operations, you will be helping create and maintain an efficient, clean kitchen with a positive environment. We offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where teamwork and attention to detail are highly valued. We are from scratch kitchens and looking for individuals who love to cook, work hard and enjoy the professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time with a good attitude ready to work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an independent privately run restaurant is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure a clean, organized and efficient work environment
