Guest Experience Team Member
Position Summary
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave. This role combines counter service, hospitality, food delivery, and dining room support to ensure guests receive outstanding service every visit.
We’re looking for team members with positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
- Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about food, promotions, and our Meal 4 Meal mission
- Accurately take guest orders and process cash and card transactions
- Deliver dine-in and carryout orders quickly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room and lobby
- Support teammates and assist wherever needed during busy shifts
- Help prepare and coordinate catering orders and occasional off-site deliveries
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, coachable, and motivated to serve others
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and payments
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to operate POS and restaurant equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
