We are seeking a reliable, experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain Apartments in South LA and Gardena area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in quality repairs, and has experience maintaining apartment communities.
Position
- Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week as needed)
- Flexible schedule
- Additional paid hours may be available for unit turnovers and special projects

Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and repair requests
- Turn vacant units for new residents
- Repair plumbing issues such as toilets, faucets, drains, garbage disposals, and shut-off valves
- Perform minor electrical repairs including outlets, switches, GFCI receptacles, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Patch drywall, texture, paint, and perform basic carpentry
- Repair doors, locks, cabinets, windows, and screens
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Maintain common areas and exterior of the property
- Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are needed
- Identify maintenance issues before they become costly repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, dependable, and courteous with residents
- Own truck or van and basic maintenance tools
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
