We are seeking a dedicated professional skilled in pediatric speech-language pathology to provide services within a supportive environment near Cedar Rapids, IA. This contract position is full-time, offering flexibility to work with varying caseloads based on your experience and preferences—from early childhood through elementary levels, as well as those with moderate to profound needs.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Iowa as an SLP
- Experience or interest in serving pediatric populations, with a focus on school-aged children (K–12)
- Familiarity or background in working with students who have moderate to profound needs is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
