Help share the message of how physical therapy and wellness services helps people to do more, hurt less without medications, injections, or surgery!
This will include coordinating workshops, community events, social media posting, etc to reach potential new patients and clients and staying in touch with past patients and clients. Tracking efficacy of our marketing strategies and growing the reputation/services of Achieve Therapy!
Accepting this mission will include:
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the implementation of our marketing activities
- Support owner/marketing coordinator in organizing various projects and events
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback/reviews
- Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather important data – social media, web analytics, etc
- Update spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Assist with organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns along with attending events
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Develop and distribute marketing literature to share Achieve Therapy with the community
- Establish relationships with current, past and future clients to nurture trusting relationships
- Establish relationships with marketing community and carry out any advertising required such as television, radio, and internet.
- As needed coverage of the receptionist and front desk including phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, etc. (vacation coverage, sick days etc for regular staff)
- Assisting and developing the newsletter for past, current, and future clients
- Attending community events to grow the knowledge and reputation of Achieve Therapy services and providers
- Supporting expansion of fitness and wellness services within our clinic and community
- Internal marketing to employees and their families, including team events and community engagement
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
