We are looking for awesome people to join our team to help run the Coffee Beanery Troy location in the Unasource Medical Building next to Lifetime Fitness off of Crooks road.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Helps to make coffee and sandwiches to order and day-to-day tasks of the brand-new Health Hero Coffee LLC's Coffee Beanery franchise, located within Health Hero Pharmacy.
Our employees make at least $3 per hour additional in tips. This week alone, our team made $3.25 additional per hour. The base salary is $14 an hour.
Monday through Friday operation, 9-2pm, closed major holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a clean well-merchandised storefront in line with Coffee Beanery and Health Hero Pharmacy standards.
Practices safe work habits according to Oakland County Health Department Standards.
Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
Make coffee drinks and sandwiches to our guests specifications.
Candidate MUST be willing to do Monday morning grocery story "pick ups" of already purchased click and pull orders and two sandwich/salad deliveries on Wednesdays to Rochester Hills. These pick up and delivery obligations are on the clock and take an hour or less.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous food service, retail or coffee shop experience preferred.
Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license for twice a week pick up/drop offs of less than one hour on the clock.
Proficient with computer software.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 7 am- 5 pm as needed.
Must have customer focused mindset. Our guests are amazing!
Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Must have effective problem solving/decision making skills.
Must be able to stand up to 8 hours a day.
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend/twist from the waist.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must have high school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 Year experience in food service.
