Aira Fitness is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and money-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to join our growing team!
This is more than a typical front desk job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable selling, and wants the opportunity to grow quickly within a growing fitness company.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome members and create a friendly, positive gym environment
- Give tours to prospective members
- Sell new memberships and membership upgrades
- Follow up with potential new members and leads
- Make calls, texts, and other outreach to prospective members
- Help members with questions and general customer service
- Keep the gym clean, organized, and welcoming
- Help maintain a professional and positive atmosphere throughout the club
- Assist with day-to-day gym operations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Confident and comfortable talking to people
- Money motivated and competitive
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive, friendly, and professional personality
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Someone who wants to grow rather than simply clock in and clock out
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay is commission-based on sales.

Hours have some flexibility and can be discussed based on availability and the needs of the location.
