We're partnering with a global engineering and technology company that delivers mission critical infrastructure for some of the world's most demanding industries. As demand for hyperscale data centers continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Executive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large scale projects across the United States.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll take full ownership of projects valued between $200M and $500M, acting as the overall business leader and driving execution from project award through final handover.

What You'll Do
As the Executive Project Manager, you'll serve as the overall leader of your assigned project, with complete responsibility for its commercial and operational success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the full lifecycle execution of large scale data center construction projects from project award through commissioning and final handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, EPC partners, contractors, suppliers, and executive stakeholders.
- Own project governance, execution strategy, financial performance, scheduling, and delivery.
- Manage budgets ranging from $200M to $500M, ensuring strong cost control, cash flow management, forecasting, and profitability.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Manufacturing, Commissioning, and Commercial functions.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities while driving proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage contractual obligations, change orders, claims, and executive level reporting.
- Foster long term customer relationships through exceptional leadership and project delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a senior project leader with a proven track record of delivering major capital projects in highly technical industries.
You should have:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large scale capital projects.
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $200M+.
- Strong background within Power Generation, Data Centers, EPC, Energy, Industrial Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Oil & Gas, or other complex infrastructure environments.
- Experience working directly with EPC contractors and large construction organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contracts, project controls, and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and executive level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision making skills.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% to customer and project sites across the United States.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience delivering hyperscale or mission critical Data Center projects.
- Strong experience within the Power Generation industry is highly preferred.
- Experience managing international projects and multicultural teams.

Location
This role is primarily office based, with approximately 60% office and 40% travel to customer and project sites. Candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
