Registered Nurse (RN):
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist in the coordination of patient discharge and follow-up care.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current RN license issued by the appropriate state licensing board.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate nature and dedication to patient-centered care.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Assist in the coordination of patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or physician.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current LPN license issued by the appropriate state licensing board.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes.
