Forklift Trainer

Are you passionate about workplace safety and enjoy working with people? We're looking for an energetic Forklift Trainer to help create a safe, positive, and productive manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on, floor-based position where you'll coach employees, provide forklift and safety training, identify safety concerns, and help build a strong culture of safety. If you enjoy being active, building relationships, and making a difference every day, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Train and coach employees on safe work practices and forklift operation
- Conduct safety audits and inspections
- Identify and help resolve workplace safety concerns
- Investigate incidents and complete documentation
- Partner with supervisors to improve workplace safety
- Travel to other company locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of safety experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety
- Experience conducting safety training and investigations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working on the production floor and walking throughout the shift
- Computer skills for documentation and reporting

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
