Easterseals Wisconsin is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic Maintenance Lead to support our camps serving children and adults with disabilities, including Camp Wawbeek and the Wisconsin Elks/Easterseals Respite Camp in Wisconsin Dells.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a year-round maintenance program to ensure safe, effective camp operations
- Develop and manage a preventive maintenance plan to maximize building and equipment lifespan
- Oversee maintenance projects and determine when to use in-house staff vs. outside contractors
- Enforce safety standards, health regulations, and American Camp Association guidelines
- Foster a strong service-oriented culture among maintenance staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex maintenance projects
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Certified Pool Operator (or ability to obtain certification)
