THIS POSITION IS HYBRID WITH ONE DAY A WEEK ONSITE IN LINTHICUM MARYLAND.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD.
The Role and Responsibilities:-
Track government contract milestones, deliverables, and progress schedules to ensure the timely delivery of goods or services.

Monitor project budgets and manage funding

Prepare and manage contract modifications and personnel
-
Serve as the primary bridge between the contractor, the Contracting Officer (COR), and internal departments
-
Oversee the systematic process of verifying all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Minimum Qualifications to Succeed:-
US Citizen

Active Secret Security clearance
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the development of training programs.

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting federal agencies in security related programs or topics related to the protection of classified information and government technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing multi million dollar federal government contracts.

Salary Range for all company positions: $50,125 - $185,650*
- Actual salary is determined by a combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability.
