House Cleaning Property Care Pro
Parker and Denver Metro, Colorado
$22–$30 per hour | Approximately 20–35 hours per week
Go Werks Pro is hiring thoughtful, dependable House Cleaning Property Care Pros to deliver meticulous residential cleaning and concierge-level property care throughout Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek North and select Denver Metro communities.
This is an employee position for professionals who take pride in beautifully cared-for homes, thoughtful details and consistently excellent client experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Perform recurring, deep, move-in, move-out and one-time residential cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces according to Go Werks Pro standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop and care for floors, fixtures, appliances and high-touch surfaces
- Complete assigned service checklists and document Proof of Care
- Add thoughtful Concierge Touches that leave each property composed and beautifully handled
- Respect client privacy, property access instructions and household preferences
- Communicate property observations, supply needs or service concerns promptly
- Travel between assigned client properties during the workday
- Maintain cleaning tools, supplies and a professional presentation
Compensation and Schedule
- $22–$30 per hour, based on experience, demonstrated skill, reliability and service quality
- Approximately 20–35 hours per week
- Primarily weekday and daytime scheduling
- Paid authorized travel time between client properties
- Mileage or fuel reimbursement according to company policy
- Paid training
- Weekly performance bonus opportunities

- Flexible scheduling based on client demand and route availability
- Overtime is not regularly scheduled and requires advance authorization
- All hours worked are recorded and paid in accordance with applicable law

What We’re Looking For
- Professional residential cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and respect for high-quality homes and furnishings
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Clear, courteous communication
- Ability to follow service checklists and property-specific instructions
- Comfort using a mobile phone for scheduling, timekeeping and service documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and required automobile insurance
- Ability to travel throughout assigned Denver Metro service areas
- Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable
- Successful completion of applicable employment screening
