The Kahkwa Club Line Cook
Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)
Objective:
To be able to prep line, execute breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquet services as instructed by Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Banquet Sous Chef. Be able to work with back and front of house staff. Also be able to practice sanitation and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Cold/Hot/Banquet Line
Two years kitchen experience
Basic culinary arts knowledge
Food safe certified
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Duties & Responsibilities:
Must be in full uniform
Must report to work on time
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to communicate with all staff members
Must be able to prep work area or other areas as instructed by supervisor
Must keep work area clean and organized
Must follow order and instructions from supervisors
Must set-up, stock, re-fill and clean station at each shift
