We are looking for a composition/shake roof installer that is experienced in tear-off, re-sheeting, and installation of a variety of composition materials on both residential and commercial projects.
Skills and Knowledge
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in all phases of roofing as well as installing a variety of residential/commercial projects
- Must have extensive knowledge of roofing products as well as manufacture’s specifications
- Must adapt to our quality of roofing standards, subpar work will not be accepted
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders, standing, walking and kneeling on various roof heights
- Must be skilled in the use of appropriate equipment
- Must abide by L&I laws as well as our personal requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Other Requirements:
- Must have RELIABLE mode of transportation to and from the shop
- Must be a good communicator and listener
- Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
- Must be coachable and trainable, and respectable towards co-workers and homeowners
- Must be dependable and on time
- Drug and Alcohol free
Salary: Compensation is based on the level of work experience
