The Environmental Services Director manages all aspects of housekeeping, maintenance, and safety programs to ensure a well-kept, compliant, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance.
- High School Diploma; management experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems, housekeeping standards, and safety codes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the community as required.
