Nursing Assistant Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Duties
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs.
- Provide direct resident care according to each resident's ISP
- Assist in the administration of medications as directed by nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident areas.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure safety for both patients and staff.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
