In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to our trusted pest control services, and build the kind of relationships that turn conversations into long-term customers.
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort and results — and our top representatives earn $250,000 or more.
Position Details
This is a seasonal role that runs through the warmer months of the year, when demand for pest control services is at its peak. This concentrated season provides representatives with maximum opportunity: more homes to reach, more conversations to have, and more potential to earn.
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods
- Present and explain pest control services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner
- Build rapport and trust to convert prospects into satisfied customers
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Represent the White Knight brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- An outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality
- Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset
- A strong work ethic and the reliability to perform independently in the field
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required — comprehensive training is provided
- Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday
