Part-Time Residential Cleaner
We are a women-owned and women-run residential cleaning business looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaner to join our team.
We take pride in providing exceptional cleaning services, and we are looking for cleaners who take the same pride in their work. This is not a “good enough” cleaning job. We are looking for top-notch cleaners who notice the details, work with purpose, and consistently leave homes looking their absolute best.
We value quality over speed, but skilled and efficient cleaners who consistently deliver excellent results will have opportunities for advancement within the company.
What You'll Be Doing
Our cleaning services include:
- Move-in and move-out cleans
- Regular recurring residential cleans
- Real estate listing/pre-sale cleans
- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed surface cleaning
- Identifying and addressing areas that may be overlooked by less thorough cleaners
- Following company cleaning standards and procedures
- Providing professional, respectful service in clients' homes

We are looking for people who genuinely care about the quality of their work. Lazy or low-effort cleaning will not be a good fit for this position.

Training & Advancement
On-the-job training is provided to ensure you understand our processes, products, and quality standards.
For cleaners who consistently demonstrate excellent work, reliability, attention to detail, and efficiency, there are opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and the ability to reliably get to assigned jobs
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning
