Front Counter / Service Advisor - European Auto Repair Shop
We're a busy and growing European auto repair shop looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team at the front counter. This is a key position that involves interacting with customers, managing appointments, and keeping the shop running smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers and write up work orders
- Communicate with customers about vehicle status and repair progress
- Receive and check in parts and inventory
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure workflow stays on track
- Help maintain a clean and organized front office area
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred (European vehicles a plus)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with shop management software is helpful but not required
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: Based on experience
Location: 2403 Finney Rd. Glasgow, KY
