What You'll Do

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students

Assist with classroom activitiesdaily routines

Support behavior managementde-escalation (training provided)

Help with personal care when needed

Collaborate with teachers and staff

Supervise during lunch, recessschool activities

Create a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Compassion, patience, and reliability

Strong communicationteamwork skills

Experience with special needs is a plus-but not required
-
Must pass TB test
