Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. The primary schedule for this position is the lunch and dinner shift, 4 days a week from Tuesday to Friday and Saturday(dinner)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service.
Take orders accurately and manage the POS system (Square) for both dine-in and takeout/delivery orders.
Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area and service station.
Assist with packing and checking premium premium bento boxes for lunch service.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth table turnover.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
Schedule & Availability:
Primary Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (Lunch Shift) 11:00 AM - 2 PM
Tuesday-Saturday (Dinner shift) 5PM- 9PM
Additional Availability: Occasional flexibility to help out with evening/weekend dinner shifts as needed is highly appreciated.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to a stable 4-day workweek (No scheduling conflicts with other jobs).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
