Responsible for supervision of daily operations of rental communities; duties include maintaining accurate and current property records, supervision of staff, property condition and appearance. Responsible for site operations and monthly management reporting. Must be knowledgeable of local Housing Courtprocedures for non-payment claims. Must be knowledgeable and understand all local, state and federal guidelines pertaining to the housing programs and the income certification process. Responsible for implementation of marketing program designed to achieve the highest possible rent producing occupancy. Insure operating and maintenance expenses are in accordance with the annual operating budget. Coordinate with site management teams and outside contractors in the daily operation and maintenance of properties. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and local officials on oversight of housing programs. Encourage and support a team environment among site staff. Encourage a sense of community among residents. Maintain positive communication between residents and management staff.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
