Weekend LPN – Every Other Weekend (Day Shift), Chestnut Park

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed every other weekend at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing. Day shift 6am–2pm. Competitive pay $28.00 to $37.00

Position Summary

This LPN role provides direct resident care during scheduled weekend day shifts. Ideal for nurses seeking predictable, every-other-weekend work with no weekday commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Provide direct nursing care and resident support
Supervise and assist CNAs
Document care accurately in the EMR
Communicate changes in resident condition

Qualifications

Active NYS LPN license
CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred
