BMA Logistics Corp is hiring Delivery Drivers out of the Middletown FedEx Ground facility in Pennsylvania.

Drivers are responsible for delivering and picking up packages safely, on time, and professionally while representing BMA Logistics and the FedEx Ground brand.
Pay & Benefits

- Stop incentive: $0.50 per stop after 100 stops

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck
- Deliver and pick up packages to homes and businesses
- Manage a high-volume route with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism
- Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Use delivery technology to track stops, packages, and pickups
- Follow company procedures, route plans, and safety standards
- Maintain professional communication with customers and management
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work 2–6 days per week, including Saturday or Sunday
- Comfortable working in different weather and traffic conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to safely lift, carry, push, or pull packages up to 150 lbs with hand truck support
- Commercial driving or delivery experience is a plus
- FedEx Ground experience preferred, but not required
