Position Summary
Upside is Wynwood’s newest addition to the bar scene, offering an elevated nightlife experience. We’re seeking experienced, motivated Bottle & Cocktail Servers who excel in high-energy environments and deliver polished, VIP-level service.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality VIP table service and manage bottle presentations
- Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and food efficiently and accurately
- Deliver attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and service areas
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all liquor, cocktail, and food menu items
- Coordinate closely with hosts, bartenders, and management to ensure fast, seamless table service
- Anticipate guest needs and contribute to an elevated guest experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of high-volume serving experience (nightlife or lounge preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
