Pay: $30.00/hr. + Retail Commissions
Summary of Position:
We are seeking a Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our reputable client in Fairfield as they continue to grow/expand. In this role, you will deliver exceptional cosmetic and medical aesthetic services while providing a 5‑star experience for every client interaction. You will perform advanced treatments; including facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, LED therapy - while also supporting physicians during medical procedures such as Ultherapy, and CoolSculpting.
This role would not involve any laser treatments, dermaplaning, or micro needling.

- Must be able to commute to all locations at times (Company Meetings, Coverage)

Your Everyday Duties
Delivering 5-star experience to all clients. Administering treatments including:
- Chemical peels
- Facials & back facials
- Microcurrent
- Oxygen facials
- HydraFacials
- LED light therapy
- Face & body waxing
- Brow & lash tinting
- Assisting with in-office procedures such as:
- Ultherapy
- CoolSculpting
- Maintaining and updating inventory
- Educating clients and team members on skincare trends, products, and treatments
Requirements
- Must be familiar with Connecticut’s Scope of Aesthetic Practice
- Must hold a Connecticut Esthetic License or pending Connecticut license status
- Must be fully COVID‑vaccinated and boosted
- Must be available for weekend hours (Saturday 9am-3pm) twice a month
