Job Description:
Our client, a New York–based architecture firm focused on
luxury residential and mixed-use projects, is hiring for a
Zoning & Feasibility Designer to support early-phase project development.
This role involves research, analysis, and visualization for zoning and building code compliance across multiple NYC developments.
The requirements of the role are:
- Degree in Architecture, Planning, or related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and Building Code
- Ability to conduct zoning analysis and feasibility studies
- Experience with massing, conceptual blocking, and early-phase design
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
