Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our property in top condition. You will work closely with the property management team and residents to ensure repairs and upkeep are handled promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Unit turns. Including cleaning, repairs and upgrades
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests (on-call rotation)
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities .
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during maintenance visits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Painting/General Plumbing & Electrical repairs
- Appliance repair experience
