No two days are the same at The UPS Store. You'll assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, Amazon returns, and much more. If you're willing to learn and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to meet you.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Associate, you'll assist customers with a variety of products and services, including:
- Shipping packages through UPS & USPS.
- Professionally packing items of all shapes and sizes
- Processing Amazon and other online returns
- Printing, copying, laminating, binding, and finishing print projects
- Opening and servicing mailbox customers
- Taking passport photos
- Becoming a Texas Notary Public (company training provided)
- Processing retail sales and operating the point-of-sale system
- Restocking inventory and maintaining a clean, organized store
- Recommending products and services that best meet customers' needs

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Previous print, copy, or graphic design experience is a plus
- Previous UPS Store experience is a plus
- Age 18 or older preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the store during a shift
Schedule
- 25–40 hours per week
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Candidates should have open availability during store hours. As responsibilities increase, including becoming a Notary Public, greater scheduling flexibility will be expected.
