Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for a new apartment complex located in Clarksville, TN.
The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- $19.00 - 20.00 per hour DOE
- $35 monthly fuel + $15 monthly cellphone reimbursement is provided.
- Position is eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays after 60 days.
- Uniform shirts provided.
